“No one will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside.” This has been my favorite quote since Little Logan entered the world.
Being a Mom has been one of the greatest blessings I could have ever asked for. I have learned so much about myself… like being forced to learn PATIENCE (Jesus be a fence), and being LESS SELFISH (those munchkins just have to taste everything you’re eating right?), and about LOVING UNCONDITIONALLY (because those tantrums really test your nerves) lol. But are these bad traits to cultivate within yourself? We should all have a little bit more patience for others, and be less selfish (within boundaries, of course), and maybe even practice loving without it being transactional.
What are some things you’ve learned about yourself during your time as a Mom?
I have also been blessed for Logan to not only know both of her Grandmothers but she has also spent time with 2 great-grandmothers. You never realize how important those relationships are until they are out of reach. I am beyond grateful for the time God allowed her great-grandmothers to be here to get to know her.
